So what is the meaning of this?
Well, for my part, I will get rewarded with FSP (In game currency) to help me get upgrades and equipment.
It is rewarded by the following Chart:

This also means, it is in my best interest to help you enjoy the game and level up!
So most of the upgrades and equipment I get from these rewards (and my own hard earned points and gold)
Will benefit my recruits aswell!
